Our studios are available on a monthly or hourly basis. All studios are equipped with soundproofing, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and basic utilities included. Some of our studios also include built-in vocal booths.

Hourly Studios
We have two hourly rental options, outfitted as either rehearsal or recording spaces.
Our hourly rehearsal studio is located in our Van Dam Street Long Island City location and our recording hourly studio is located in our Prince Street Downtown Brooklyn location. Our new location in Bushwick will have both a rehearsal and production / recording hourly option.
The hourly rehearsal studio is fully equipped with a drum kit, keyboard, microphones and mic stands, and a PA system with speakers.
The production / recording studio is a double room which includes a vocal booth, desk set-up, microphones and mic stands, MIDI keyboard, audio interfaces, studio monitors and headphones. You will need to bring your own laptop with your own DAWs and plug-ins installed unless you are working with one of our resident engineers / producers.
Should anything crucial be missing, please let us know and we’d be happy to look into including it in our set-ups.
